Vantage is a bit tougher. Please try:

add_filter( 'siteorigin_panels_theme_container_width', function( $container ) {
	return '1080px';
} );

add_filter( 'siteorigin_panels_theme_container_selector', function( $selector ) {
	return 'body.responsive.layout-full.siteorigin-panels #page-wrapper .site-main .full-container';
} );

In your Custom CSS, please try adding:

.layout-full .panel-row-style.panel-row-style-wide-grey, .layout-full .wide-grey.panel-row-style, .layout-full .panel-row-style.panel-row-style-full-width, .layout-full.panels-style-force-full .panel-row-style {
    margin: revert;
    padding: revert;
}

.siteorigin-panels-css-container #main {
		padding-right: 0;
		padding-left: 0;
}
