  1. Next... If you are already using a webmail client I have set up for you, most likely you're using Rainloop. If this is the case, you already know what to do. No changes are necessary! You can stop reading now and get back to work!
  2. First things first... To get to your email under any circumstances, just go to your website in any browser and add /webmail to the URL. ie: yourdomainname.com/webmail It might take a minute, but once the log in page loads, just enter your FULL email address and your password. If this is the first time you've ever used webmail, you'll be asked what mail client to use. I suggest using Roundcube. It's fairly straight forward and pretty simple to use as it is. Feel free to modify the settings to make it work the way you want it to. This is actually the best way to access your email and address book. You'll be able to get to it from anywhere Try it now and see how it works!

Happy reading! ______________________________________________________________________________________ To all of my loyal customers, My hosting company will be upgrading the servers and software that your website/email account is hosted on this coming weekend. The upgrade window will be: START: Friday, August 14th, 2020 @ 10:00 PM EDT And last Until: END: Saturday, August 15th, 2020 @ 8:00 AM EDT At some point during this period your website will be offline as well as all of your email accounts. The upgrade may not last the entire upgrade window. I have been advised it Should be between 6 to 10 hours sometime during this window. Once the upgrade is complete, I will have to change all of your domain name records. If I am currently hosting your domain name records, as well as your website, the change will be seamless for you. If I am NOT currently hosting your domain name records, please make sure to get your doman name log in credentials to me, so I can make the appropriate changes. We should have at least a week after the upgrade to do this. Feel free to reply to this email with them. ________________ FAQ: Will I need to make any changes to get to my email account? Possibly... Email Scenario One If you are currently using my email services, AND you are using an email client on your phone or a client such as Microsoft Outlook, you will need to make a minor change to your email client. I'll address the changes you'll need to make in a separate email to you, for those of you using my email services on a cell phone or email client. If you are concerned at all about getting to your email, just go to... yourdomainname/webmail Log in with your full email address (just like you would with gmail or yahoo). Use the password previously supplied to you. Click on Roundcube for your email client, and you will see all of your emails there! (this is how you can always obtain direct access to your email server). You can try it anytime! It will work now, and after the upgrade, with no changes at all. Go ahead and give it a shot so you can see how it works! Email Scenario Two If you are already using web based email, Rainloop, Roundcube, SquirrelMail, there will be no changes at all to your email. ____________________ As always, thank you so much for your loyal business.
